Breakfast was enjoyable, particularly the waffles and coffee, but it did miss some variety. Great potential with a few adjustments makes this a place worth revisiting.

We had a fantastic time staying so close to the beach! With five teenagers and two little ones, the water sports and boardwalk activities kept everyone entertained. The breakfast selection was delightful and truly a hit with everyone, especially the fresh waffles!

My kids wished for a management suggestion box to improve the game room. It could use more activities for kids to enjoy, especially on those cooler days.

I particularly enjoyed the spacious room with its little patio, allowing me to relax and take in the calming sights and sounds of Santa Cruz. The hotel’s cleanliness made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

Location is unbeatable, right by the Boardwalk! The staff was really nice and got us in early, which was perfect. Our room was pretty spacious but had some ants from the previous guests' mess. The breakfast was decent too! Just wish there were more outlets since I had a lot to charge.

We were across the street from the boardwalk, I mean right there. The staff were super friendly at breakfast and helped me find some toothpaste for my boy, which is not something you expect every day.

Perfect for families with kids! We loved how close the beach and the Boardwalk were, just a hop across the street. The kids enjoyed the rides and arcade so much. Our clean room had a nice view of the fun outside, adding to our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the soundproofing was better. Having a room near the stairwell made it noisy, especially in the morning with all the early checkouts.

The stay was fantastic, particularly because of the close proximity to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, making it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the safety feature of needing a key for entry. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with plenty of options like scones and hard-boiled eggs. However, it would be great to have more blanket options for added comfort.
